Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Prairie Furnishing and Decor. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly replace or refund your item at no additional cost to you.
